I spent forty years in construction and remodeling before I started inspecting homes, and I’ve been doing this for nearly ten. That’s the part that matters when I walk into a 1912 Square in Baker or a bungalow in Park Hill — I’ve built and repaired the things I’m looking at, and I know what a hundred years does to them.
I’m independent. I’m not on any brokerage’s referral list, and nobody sends me work in exchange for going easy. I work with agents and I value them, but I’m hired by you and I answer to you. That’s the whole arrangement.
As a Certified Professional Inspector® trained by InterNACHI® — the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors — I follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice and a strict Code of Ethics that puts your interests first. I’m on site three to five hours; most inspectors are there ninety minutes. I’d rather you came along so I can show you what I’m finding as I find it.
